Weekly Meeting Minutes

September, 2008

 

Well, we had a nearly full complement this week: 11 members present (92%) and nine leads passed (four inside, five outside).  We also had our first official visit by our new chapter consultant, Candace Harding.

 

REMINDER: Our next mixer is on September 25, and that's only a little more than two weeks away.  We'll be talking more about power partners and business categories to focus on, but anyone who might be interested in Leads Club--or who might know someone who might be interested--is a good person to invite.

 

ALSO NOTE: I will be sending individual emails to all members to confirm their fee status.  If you believe there is a discrepancy, let me know.

 

Dean spoke first this week, and took some questions regarding contracting on a budget, some of his current jobs, and his new flooring subcontractor, who he's very happy with.

 

Al spoke second, and went over the fundamentals of financing, including purchase order financing and factoring.

 

And Candace spoke third, talking a little about her plans to help us build our group, and also a little about herself.
